All prices published on this website are in NZ Dollars and exclude GST.

Chairs are delivered fully assembled, freight free nationwide (excluding offshore islands and remote locations) unless specified otherwise. Pricing does not include product placement or rubbish removal. Delivery to multi-storey levels may incur a delivery charge. Delivery is quoted during normal business hours, with uninterrupted lift access.  

ChairSolutions requires an official, written Purchase Order from your company. This must contain the correct product codes, descriptions and pricing from the ChairSolutions Price List. 
 If the client is supplying fabric, this must be clearly stated on the Purchase Order. ChairSolutions will also require; approximate delivery date of fabric to ChairSolutions, and clients Purchase Order number with the fabric supplier.  

If you have been quoted a price by a ChairSolutions staff member, your Purchase Order MUST contain the relevant Quote Reference Number.

When processing orders, ChairSolutions will check your Purchase Order details against the relevant Price List or the provided Quote Number.

Any Purchase Order with a discrepancy will not be enter into the Order/Production system. The Purchase Order will be returned and the order will not be processed until a corrected/amended order has been received. This may result in an extended lead time for your order, but will ensure that the correct product is manufactured with correct invoicing procedure employed. 

ChairSolutions must be advised IN WRITING, via an AMENDED Purchase Order of any changes to an existing order. Emails to your ChairSolutions office is the only acceptable method. We will not alter any details in our system until we receive written authority and an amended order. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that this procedure is followed. ChairSolutions reserves the right to reject amendments when the item has passed the fabric acquisition/upholstery process.  

Quote requests must be in WRITING. Items that state “surcharges apply” or “exclude freight” on your price list will need to be quoted. Please forward your quote request to your local ChairSolutions via email. Your official ChairSolutions quote will be in writing and contain a Quote Reference Number. Any resulting order MUST contain this reference number to be valid and to avoid any delays with processing. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue with the possibility of extension on request. 

ChairSolutions warrants all products for the stated period, under stated period, under standard 40 hours per week usage (unless stated in writing), from the date of manufacturer to be free of defects from assembly, materials and workmanship.  

ChairSolutions retains the right to repair or replace at its own discretion, Warranty includes parts and labour. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only, proof of purchase is required. Warranty Terms Do Not Cover:

› Fabric
› Normal wear and tear
› Damage from misuse or abuse
› Excessive load above the specified max user weight restriction
› Products not maintained in accordance with instructions, or which have been altered or modified
› Any consequential or indirect loss of profits, business, savings, data,  or records related to this product

Please ensure that all warranty repairs are requested in writing and include:

› Original Purchase order number for the product
› Product code and description of the chair
› Nature of the problem
› Contact name and number of the location of the chair.  

We will contact your client to as certain the nature of the fault and determine a date to retrieve it (usually 2-3 business days from the receipt of the request). Clients will be notified of the outcome and intended course of actions.  

You may be charged a fee if the issue is not covered under warranty. In these cases, we will contact you regarding repair and delivery charges. We will require a Purchase Order to cover the costs before returning the goods to your client.

Placement of orders with ChairSolutions acknowledge acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
