Warranty Statement

At ChairSolutions, our products are made to last - delivering long-term durability, performance, and quality you can rely on. We stand behind our craftsmanship. If, under normal commercial use, any product or component is found to have a defect in material or workmanship within the warranty period from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it.

 

This warranty outlines what’s covered and how we’ll support you if something goes wrong.

 

Please note that under each seat is a product ID label and this should not removed. 

 

This warranty applies to:

•  The original purchaser only (non-transferable).
•  Faults in materials and/or workmanship under normal commercial use.
•  Products sold and used within Australia and New Zealand.

 

This warranty does not cover:

•  Fabric.
•  Normal wear and tear that occurs over time.
•  Damage sustained during transit.
•  Excessive load above the specified ‘max user weight’ restriction.
•  Damage resulting from abnormal or improper use.
•  Products not maintained in accordance with instructions.
•  Modifications or attachments not approved by ChairSolutions.
•  Any indirect or consequential loss.

Warranty Requests

All claims must be submitted in writing.

To lodge a warranty claim please complete this form or email us with the following information:

•  Your name and contact details.
•  Current location of the chair.
•  Proof of purchase.
•  Product code and description of the chair.
•  Nature of the issue with the chair.

Please include an image of the product ID label located underneath the chair and others that support your claim.


Warranty Process

ChairSolutions will make direct contact with the reseller/dealer to ascertain the nature of the fault (usually within 3 days of receipt of the request) and, arrange for freight of the chair to the ChairSolutions site for evaluation and repair (including costs).

 

If the issue is not covered by warranty, the reseller/dealer will be notified as soon as possible, and no repair work will commence until an intended course of action has been agreed. 

 

In these cases, ChairSolutions will require payment of repair and delivery charges prior to returning the chair to the owner.


Pricing

All prices published on this website are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST.

 

Chairs are delivered freight-free nationwide (excluding offshore islands and remote locations) unless specified otherwise. Pricing does not include delivery outside of normal hours, product placement or rubbish removal. Uninterrupted lift access is required and please note, delivery to multi-storey levels may incur a delivery charge.


Ordering

ChairSolutions requires an official purchase order from your company. This must contain the correct product codes, descriptions and pricing as per the current ChairSolutions price list. If the reseller is supplying fabric, this must be clearly stated on the purchase order. ChairSolutions will require the reseller’s purchase order number with the fabric supplier and an indicative delivery date of the fabric to the ChairSolutions site.

 

If you have been quoted a price by ChairSolutions, please include your quote number (if provided) on your purchase order.

 

If there is any discrepancy with the purchase order, it will be returned and processed when a corrected order has been received. This may result in an extended lead time for your order.


Changes to or cancellation of existing orders 

ChairSolutions must be advised in writing with an amended purchase order, and orders will not be altered until these documents are received. It is the reseller’s responsibility to ensure that this procedure is followed. 

 

ChairSolutions reserves the right to charge for materials purchased and work already completed.


Quotes

Quote requests must be in writing and emailed to your local ChairSolutions site. All ChairSolutions quotes are in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue with the possibility of extension on request. 


Please note:

•  All prices subject to change without notice.  

•  Images displayed are indicative only.

•  Any negotiated rebates are excluded from the pricing on this website and associated price list.  

•  All lead times are estimates only and may vary with material supply and capacity.

•  ChairSolutions is not responsible for delays caused by late delivery of reseller-supplied components.

•  All goods remain the possession of ChairSolutions until full payment is received.

•  Placement of orders with ChairSolutions acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
